We’re Michael Ullman and Trevor Bianco — the “M” and “T” behind MAT Digital.

After nearly a decade leading one of the largest performance marketing agencies in the region, we’ve managed millions of dollars in ad spend and helped clients generate tens of millions in revenue. But along the way, we realized something important: success isn’t just about scale — it’s about connection, understanding, and doing great work for great people.

That’s why we created MAT Digital, a boutique agency built on experience, integrity, and results. We’ve stepped away from the high-volume agency model to focus on what we truly love — partnering directly with a select group of businesses, providing hands-on strategy, live support, and transparent communication every step of the way.

Our approach is different because we’ve lived it from every angle. Beyond marketing, we’ve owned and operated multiple companies ourselves — including a construction business — giving us a real-world understanding of what it takes to grow, manage, and sustain a successful operation. We don’t just run ads; we build systems that strengthen the foundation of your business.

On a personal level, we’re family men first and foremost. Michael is a proud husband and father of three wonderful kids, and Trevor is a devoted husband and dad to two young boys. We’re both simple men at heart — grounded, hardworking, and grateful for the opportunity to do meaningful work with people who share those same values.
